Thank you very much for your using our NS9500-B (NS9500 Professional).
This is a free service to update the NS9500-B (NS9500 Professional) 2.2 or older to Version 2.4.

Remarks

  • Please uninstall any older version first (if any) before installation of the latest one.
  • IEEE1394 driver for other existing or old online software cannot be used.
    Please uninstall old one and update to IEEE1394 driver for this NS9500PRO software.

The points of change from version 2.2 to 2.4

  • Recognizing R300Z and R300S. Relevant parameters added for them.
  • Delta temperature calculation feature is added.
  • New colour palette "OLIVE" is added. (NS9500STD/Off-line and Online only for R300S)
  • Bug fixes.
  • AS button has been relocated from "Camera Control" to "View" as it doesn't change the camera setting. (Level/Span can be manually controlled by "Set Image Display" → "Camera Update").

Procedure

  1. Find the request form from the below link, complete and send it to us.
  2. URL (web address), ID and password for download will be sent to your e-mail address (after validation of the request that might takes few days).
  3. Download and save the program file (.EXE) to your designated folder.
    (Extensions such as '.exe' do not normally appear on the Windows Explorer.)
  4. Launch NS9500PRO_V2_4.EXE to be extracted into a folder you choose in your PC.
  5. Start the AutoRun or SETUP.EXE in an appropriate folder and install, following instructions to come up.
